Please contact wolfgang.kaelin@unibe.ch for requests regarding the seminar.
Prerequisites for participation: B. Sc. degree and at least successfully passed lectures on "Promote professional development and positive work experiences" and "Work, organization and health" from the mandatory core program.

This course is designed to integrate and link the content from the two lectures in the Master's program ("Promote career development and positive work experiences" and "work, organization and health"). The knowledge of the lectures and the knowledge of their basic literature is a prerequisite and basis to work on and discuss practice-related case studies. On the one hand, networked thinking is promoted and on the other hand, a reference to practice is created. The practice case seminar (5 ECTS) is part of the core program at the Department of Work and Organizational Psychology and is mandatory for all students taking 30 credits. Students with 15 credits in A&O are eligible to participate (free choice of seminars) and can attend if there is enough space. Active participation is expected. The case studies, which are solved as group work on the one hand and as individual work on the other hand, count as evidence of academic achievement and constitute the grade.
Group work and individual work.
